When you need support for your TeamHeadquarter system you have a number of options available to you including self service through out ticketing system, email to our help desk or direct dial through out toll free number.

What constitutes Technical Support

Technical support is provided free of charge for customers with current maintenance contracts, in good standing with Entry Software Corporation. If you do not have an existing support contract, and you would like to renew your contract we would be happy to help. You will need to contact sales to renew.

What constitutes billable services

Services will be billed at the discretion of our technical support team. However, a guide for billable services includes:

  • Custom Reports
  • Customizations to portals
  • Upgrade services. While upgrades to the software are available to you at no charge, if you have a current maintenance contract, the actual services to perform the upgrade a billed at our then current nominal hourly rate. Quotations for service are available upon request.
  • Data migrations, exports, transfers between licensing modes. Many clients are taking advantage of the benefits of our SaaS solution and are migrating from their on premise installation to the SaaS platform. Services are required to migrate the data from your on premise SQL database to our SaaS hosted database platform. These services are billed at our then current nominal hourly rate. Quotations for service are available upon request.

  • Self service through our ticketing system. You'll need a username and password and the authorization from your TeamHeadquarters admin to submit tickets. If you have your login and password:
  • Use the support email that your organization was given and submit a help desk ticket.
